The Austere Milwaukee Music Festival

In 1960, Henry W. Maier, Milwaukee mayor, went to Germany for the annual Oktoberfest. When he returned, he had an idea that would soon mature into the world’s greatest music festival of all time. The last three editions of the Summerfest have hosted over a million fans from all over the world.
