I have a 13 year old Umbrella Cockatoo. She absolutely loves this toy! She was playing with it as soon as it made it in her cage, I hadn’t even gotten it secured all the way. Usually shes a scared of the toy then once its sat there for a few days it might be okay to play with, so her playing with it right away says alot. I’m going to buy more thats for sure.

My cats much prefer The Purrfect DVD. Adventure Cat shows a greater variety of animals and has a more varied soundtrack, but the birds are often shown for only a couple seconds before switching to another scene. The animals in Adventure Cat are mostly shown sitting rather than running across the screen, which causes my cats to lose interest. During the Purrfect DVD, they bat at the screen. Adventure Cat doesn’t bring such a reaction. They do still watch it, though, for brief periods. My older cat seems to like it more than my young cat does.

For cat owners with pets who are interested in TV images, this is great – it has everything a cat could want – squirrels, ducks, mice, pigeons – he was mesmerized! Would highly recommend.

They all just love it, and I enjoy watching them pawing the screen. They run into the living room as soon as they hear the playstasion start! I actually watch it with them from time to time. I also like the fact that it makes them all purr.

I have two cats. I purchased this because one of my cats fell in love with a mouse video on Animal Planet’s Funniest Videos. Ever since then I have been trying to find a dvd with mice on it. I read the reviews for this one and it was part of the 4 for 3 deal so I decided to try it. Well, my cat loves it! He stares at me whenever I wanna watch “real” tv and begs me to put his video on. So I usually give in. Now my other cat who doesn’t watch much tv doesn’t care too much for it. But if your cat loves to watch animals on tv, then they should love this video. I am so glad I got it! Its got birds, mice, frogs, lizards, squirrels, pigeons, ducks, geese, etc., and it lets you choose by animal or just watch the entire dvd. Nice feature. It’s got nature sounds, nice clear pictures. It’s really cute, even I enjoy watching it. Hope your cat will too!

I wanted to just hear nature sounds, such as the sounds the birds are making, and the natural noises the mice make as they turn on their wheels, that part is great, thing is, they go and add music, MUSIC to this video and there is a whole section at the end with music, and I can’t stand the music.
I could let this thing play all day over and over if it weren’t for the music they added. In a nature video, leave out the music. Everyone’s tastes are different and so the music wrecks it. I still give it 3 stars just for the scenes where I can hear nature.
Boy, the music is stupid!
As for the cats, well, not one of them was interested.
I’m sure I enjoyed it more than they did.
I bought them a new cat tree and they are sleeping on my bed not touching it, so when you pick something out, pick something you will like, you are the one who will end up watching it, not the cats.
