Not all stickers are “sticky”, but otherwise an OK set,
I purchased this set as a table toy my 5 year old could play with while waiting for meals in restaurants. It is portable, fits in my purse, and there are no loud noises associated with this toy. He loves camping, so he enjoyed putting together scenes (the first two times, anyhow). One scene is daytime: includes a river, bridge, grass and trees. The other scene is a nighttime campfire scene. There are various wildlife stickers – raccoons, deer, squirrels and the like. There are also stickers of tents, campfire, hot dogs on a stick, s’mores, and other typical objects commonly associated with camping. Curiously, there are no mosquitos included in the set, which is the first thing I think of when I think about camping. The two scenes are printed on one side of glossy cardboard (the other side is white, which is a bit of a waste). Most of the stickers stuck to the board, but about 20% did not have any cling to them (stickers are vinyl). The stickers do require some degree of manual dexterity to remove from the original plastic backing, so 3-4 year olds would require some parental assistance. The stickers are reusable, but seem to lose a bit of stickiness with each use. This is a good toy for restaurants or airplanes, but I do wish it was a little higher quality.

|Excellent Imagination Activity,
We brought the Camping Out kit with us when we went on a camping trip. Our 3.5 year old loved creating various scenarios and stories on the two scene pages. She plays with the kit at home and still enjoys it several months later!
