    I bought this as a part of my daughter’s goodie bags for her birthday. The quality was so bad that the tattoos start to peel off before it’s even dry. It also has a very strong moth ball smell to it. Only the outter ring of the tattoos glow in the dark. :( bad bad bad

    These were awful. DId not work and I had to throw them away! We tried every way possible to get these to work – even using them as stickers.

    I purchased these tattoos for an upcoming family day. I put them on the kids earlier so that when night came they could enjoy the fun of the Glow in the Dark. Unfortunately, with the kids playing, sweating, running, and jumping in the pool the Tattoos did not last for them to enjoy in the evening.
