Pretty, but skimpy,
No matter how I tried, I could not get the hat to look like the picture.
From the photo, I expected the skirt to be short, but I was not prepared for exactly how short it was. I ended up going to the fabric store for some coordinating fabric to make a wrap type skirt. The costume hit at the upper thigh in front and barely covered my rear in back. I would say the sizing on the costume might be a little aggressive. At a size 18-20, it fit me, but I do not see how it would be too comfortable on a size 24.
As a long top, which is what I ended up using it for, it was pretty for a costume. The colors are represented well here and the brown fabric is nice. The gold trim was a little scratchy.
